All of this is to say that we talk about and think about and work on cultivating gratitude for our bodies pretty much every day, but November feels different. November is THE month of gratitude, so we wanted to take a break from all the jean roundups and style tips to reflect on how we’re giving our bodies a little extra love this month — and encourage you to do the same!
Mind you, it doesn’t have to be something momentous (although if it is, all the more power to ya). Take our fierce founder JoAnna, who’s giving her body some extra love by only focusing on the workouts she enjoys this month and giving her body time to rest when she’s tired. Or our Head of Product Brianne, who’s committing to a running schedule to feed her body and her mind. Katie (one half of the dynamic duo behind our social media) is showing her body some love by eating ALLLLLLL the autumn veggies, while Maddy is slowing down with meditation or a good book. And me? I’ll be getting outside and walking around and around and around the reservoir in Central Park to soak in all the fresh air.
